One in 10 Republicans say they plan to vote for Kamala Harris over Donald Trump. That’s up from 1 in 20 in the last Times/Siena poll. Republicans today are also three times more likely to say they plan to vote for Harris (9 percent) than Democrats are to say they plan to vote for Trump (3 percent).
